Z SPOT MEDIA SRL, is a Romanian private company established in 2003. We specialize in import and distribution of a large range of equipments and supplies for various markets such as:
1. Large format equipments for scan, copy, print, finishing
For the large format market, Z Spot Media portfolio includes
Colortrac scanners (all ranges of SmartLF scanners),
Canon and
HP graphical printers (610mm - 1520mm) and
plotters (sizes A2, A1, A0, B0),
Epson proofing printers,
Nashuatec copiers. These are completed by Italian
Rigoli trimmers and

2. Book digitization equipments and solutions
In the digital library sector, the Romanian company offers planetary flatbed scanners suitable for digitization and restoration of books, bonded and rigid documents that can not be scanned with usual roll-fed scanners. Z Spot Media is the Romanian distributor of Konica-Minolta A3 book-scanners and microfilm scanners for creating long lasting archives.
Historic books, legacy archives of newspapers, magazines, journals and catalogues can be scanned using CopiBook stand alone book-scanning stations (A2 size) manufactured by French company i2s. For larger originals, the i2s DigiBook solution proves the best choice for A1 and A0 format, offering excellent quality with preservation of fragile and precious originals. The restoration software and PDF compression are additional tools that contribute to create a full and powerful archiving system.
The ATIZ DYI book scanning systems - distributed exclusively in Romania by our company - are the ideal solution for occasional use and minimal budget of small companies, student organizations or bibliophiles.
3. Advertising equipments
Our offer include indoor printers up to 1,5m wide and outdoor printers (solvent) up to 5m wide, entry-level and professional cutter-plotters, roll laminators for cold or hot lamination, heat presses for T-shirts, mugs, caps and plates, heat joint machines, badge machines, sublimation printers, trimmers, media and suplies, etc.
4. Supplies -media, ink, accesories
For all equipments we provide supplies and accesories such as media, ink, printheads for LF equipments and vynil, canvas, film, accesories for advertising industry.
As a conclusion, our company not only offers large format scan-copy-print systems but add the right tools to perfectly fit the customers’ needs: folding machines and RIP engines for copy-centers, vectorization software for technical market, restoration software and PDF compression for library digitisation management, roll laminating up to 2 m width for poster printing in advertising industry etc, mugs and sublimation paper for mug heat presses, etc
